Terms and conditions of sale
These are the terms on which WEAR WILD LTD sells goods through this website. Please read them before you order — by placing an order you accept them.

1. Who you are buying from
This shop is operated by WEAR WILD LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16122779, whose registered office is at 31 Bow Lake Gardens, Bishopstoke, Eastleigh, England, SO50 6JH.
You can reach us at support@ecproduct.uk, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. We reply to email; we do not currently take orders by telephone.
2. How a contract is made
Adding something to your basket does not reserve it. When you complete the payment steps you are making an offer to buy, and we will send you an order confirmation by email. A contract between us is formed when we send you that confirmation, not before.
If we cannot accept your order — the item has sold out, the price or description was wrong, or we cannot deliver to your address — we will tell you and refund any payment in full. We do not have to give a reason for declining an order.
Orders are limited to 20 units of any one item. If you need more than that, email us and we will quote you directly.
3. Prices
The price on the product is the price you pay. Delivery is included in it, and nothing is added at the payment page. The total in your basket is the total that will be taken from your card.
We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is shown. If that changes, prices and this page will change with it and you will see the VAT stated separately before you pay.
Prices can change at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed. If we discover that a price was displayed incorrectly, we will contact you before dispatch and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
4. Payment
Payment is taken by card at the time you order, through Stripe, our payment provider. The card details are entered on Stripe's own secure payment page.
We never see or store your card number. It does not pass through this website or our servers at any point. We are told only that a payment succeeded, for how much, and the delivery details you gave.
Card payments are handled under Stripe's own terms. If your bank declines the payment we will not be able to accept the order.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Orders are sent on a tracked service and normally arrive within 2 to 5 working days of dispatch.
Delivery is free on everything, with no minimum order. It is included in the price you see, so there is no charge waiting for you at the last step.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes. If nobody is available at the address, the carrier will follow its own procedure for redelivery or collection.
6. When the goods become yours
The goods are your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to the address you gave us. You own them once we have received payment in full.
7. Cancelling and returning
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days. We give you longer than that: 30 days. The full details of how to cancel, what condition goods must be in, who pays the return postage and how quickly you are refunded are set out on our returns and refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
8. Faulty goods and warranty
Everything we sell carries a 12 month warranty from the delivery date. If an item develops a fault within that time through normal use, we will repair it, replace it, or refund you.
The warranty does not cover:
- accidental damage, liquid damage, or damage caused by misuse
- normal wear, including the gradual loss of battery capacity
- items that have been opened, modified or repaired by someone else
- consumable parts such as ear tips and cable ties
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
9. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.
We supply goods for domestic and private use. If you use them for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
10. Things outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather, or failures of supply. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible, and you may cancel the order and receive a full refund for anything not yet delivered.
11. Trade accounts
We offer accounts to businesses, with payment on invoice at 30 days once approved. Trade accounts are subject to a separate written agreement and to credit approval; the terms of that agreement take precedence over this section. Email support@ecproduct.uk to apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
13. Complaints and governing law
If something has gone wrong, email support@ecproduct.uk with your order reference and we will look into it. We aim to reply within two working days.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and both of us agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
